Satu LD04/Satu LD08
High-speed linear array scanning camera system
SatuLD04/SatuLD08 linear array scanning camera is a mono energy multi-channel linear diode array data acquisition system. The X-ray detection card is a front-end silicon photodiode array with 128 pixels, designed specifically for non-destructive X-ray detection. The pixel size of SatuLD04 detector is 0.4mm, and 0.8mm for SatuLD08 detector.
A heavy metal casing is used to protect diode arrays and electronic devices of SatuLD04/SatuLD08, ensuring reliability for long-term life under extreme radiation conditions.
SatuLD04/SatuLD08 can perform large dynamic range, high sensitivity, and high resolution transmission X-ray imaging for inspected objects transported on belt conveyors or similar equipments. Internal inspection of objects can be carried out without contact or damage, so foreign objects mixed in food, electronic components, etc. can be detected. In addition, a wide inspection area allows for internal observation of large objects. The close contact between analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and detector chips, as well as the application of low-voltage differential signaling technology, can minimize the interference noise. The hardware used to connect computers and software, as well as softwares including driver programs and application programming interfaces (APIs) and sample code, have accelerated the development of X-ray scanning systems.
SatuLD04/SatuLD08 can be widely used in food inspection, drug inspection, raw material classification, impurity particle detection, non-destructive testing, thickness measurement, assembly line non-destructive testing, etc.
